YOU'LL SEE WHAT YOU LOOK FOR - Many challenging situations are problems of
perspective. Your point of view is the basis for your way of thinking and by
changing your perspective, you open the possibilities for new solutions. In
this presentation, Mike explains the power of a new perspective and shares ways
to reinvigorate your organization's thinking.
BRAIN DRIZZLES - Do you need more creativity and innovation in your
organization? Well, you don't need big, earth-shaking brainstorms, what you
need are lots of little "brain drizzles." Brain drizzles are small, clever,
incre-MENTAL changes that sometimes come from unexpected people and groups in
your organization. The idea is to "cross pollinate." In this session, Mike
will give you solid, real-world techniques for encouraging and implementing
"brain drizzles" in your organization.
